Our products are made in the culinary traditions of Italy. Using local and natural ingredients, our gelato contains roughly half the fat of traditional American ice cream. Gelato flavors range from 4% to 7% fat content, our sorbetto flavors have even less; compare this with 10% to 16% fat content in traditional ice cream and you understand why our gelato is a unique pleasure indeed.Because it is whipped so slowly on imported equipment designed specifically for the job, far less air is incorporated into the finished product, making gelato and sorbetto much more dense than their American cousins. The resulting frozen confection contains luscious rich flavors with far less fat.
